Quality System

Our quality system includes a Quality Manual, Procedures, Calibration System and Certifications. We also perform, 1st Article Inspection and Documentation, In-Process Inspection, Final AQL inspection.

Our Facilities

Our facilities boast climate controlled quality inspection stations. State of the art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM’s), Optical Comparators, Standard Measurement equipment such as, Calipers, Micrometers, Thread Gages, Height Gages, Indicators, Surface Roughness Gage, Coating Thickness Gages, Surface Plates, Laser Temperature Gages and Thermometers.

Each instrument used for dimensional measurement and temperature is carefully calibrated on a periodic basis for accurate process control and traceable to standards.
